“During our first couple of sessions, Jill helped me gain perspective on some of my patterns of behaviour that I changed long ago but still were impacting on my self esteem which I hadn’t recognised until I started talking and Jill’s questions encouraged me to look into myself for answers. I feel much lighter and less ‘different’ as a result.
During the next few sessions, I recognised three behaviours that are not working for me in a positive way. With Jill’s assistance I recognised them, looked deeper to see how they work for me, what a good result would be for me, and how to progress. Jill’s coaching included teaching me how pathways are built in the mind and two techniques to assist me. One of the techniques assists me to get to a deeper conscious level, it is a very effective and simple tool to use and one I will continue to use.
Since I finished coaching, I have been working on a problem that I recognised as we were concluding our last session (thanks Jill!) and have recognised and changed another behaviour that was impacting on my life. The growth hasn’t stopped. I would like to thank Jill for giving me the opportunity to explore myself in a safe environment.
