What kind of results can you expect from working with Jill?
Prospective clients ask me what they will get from working with me as their Mindset coach or LifeSuccess Consultant, so I thought I would post some information about how current and past clients have benefitted.
“Getting to the heart of the issue quickly is one of the major benefits of working with Jill Hutchison. Having been trained by leaders in the field of mindset and behavioural science, she is equipped to assist anyone who wants to get clear on their direction.”
Some of the feedback that I’m getting is that I ask the questions that they can’t ask themselves, and through this process they leave our sessions together bubbling and eager to start taking the steps they need to take to get where they need to go. They gain focus, clarity and enthusiasm for the route that lies ahead.
Our sessions provide a confidential safe space that you can use to share your hopes, fears or concerns about your business or personal situation. This space is unique in that your coach is not attached to the outcome of your decision, so we are free to discuss all the possible scenarios, openly and honestly so that you can see very clearly which is the best option for you.
“Choices, Options, a money making business which I never thought possible for someone like me.” Tracey Loubser, Business owner of Confident Cashflows and eFinancialManagement.com.au Perth, Western Australia.
“I have found that the benefit is mainly in being encouraged to confront issues and through discussions and questioning getting a clearer focus on the path that needs to be taken.” Business owner, Perth.
Excellent to work with!
Jill exudes confidence, compassion, and clarity of her mission. She speaks with purpose, asks the questions we really need to ask ourselves to get to the root of the problem and she does not let us get off track of the mission at hand. Excellent to work with!

My life, my business & my happiness back on track!
After one of our Mastermind sessions Jill began to ask me some questions as where I wanted to go in my life.I always thought I was pretty good at assessing this and although I realised I had a fair way to go to achieve my goals I thought I was on track….
Well…another hour later…a completely different story was emerging!
I will give you a bit of my story so that you can relate to the enormity of the turn around…
I achieved well in most areas of my life up until 7 years ago….when I went broke…
I was a member of the NZ Olympic Hockey team who won the Gold medal in Montreal…I became a Member of the NZ Sports Hall of Fame…when in Australia I ran a very successful Financial Services Business…I enjoyed a very good income….I won awards all over the place…I was President of this and President of that.
Then I felt a bit worn out so I decided on a different track and went to Asia to establish a business. Within 2 years I was flat broke! Shortly after that I filed for bankruptcy.
I was taking a “rest” alright!. My income came from a little I earned supported by Centrelink benefits. My selfesteem dropped considerably.
Well I was fortunate that my colleague and good friend Gerry came up with the idea that him and I should team up in his Financial Planning business, he then invited me to join Jill’s Mastermind group.
So here is where Jill took over.
Here I was on this low income and I wanted to go to London to attend my son’s wedding in 2 months time. I wanted to move into a nice apartment and I wanted a new car as my current one at the time was quite outdated, especially calling on people to talk about their money! I also needed to have an income whilst I was overseas and ongoing once I returned.
Over a period of 2 months Jill managed to facilitate (now this covers a multitude of skills that only a person of Jill’s calibre can execute so well) me to firstly lift my belief levels on a consistent basis that could make all my needs become a reality. I became very productive in a smart and enjoyable way.
First result: I moved into a nice apartment with Ocean views only 100 metres from the beach I had been exercising at daily and very importantly the Cafe on the beach. My rent commitment increased 200% and I could pay for it!
2nd result: I flew to London to my son’s wedding with stopovers of 1 week each side of the trip in Asia (one to visit my younger son) staying in upmarket hotels!
3rd result: 2 weeks after my return I received my biggest commission cheque in 10 years!
4th result: I paid CASH for my new car, a Mercedes Sports!
5th result: I am now in demand with several Businesses to help them with their Sales and Marketing. I have also expanded my own Health Distribution business that is providing a very healthy (excuse the pun!) residual cashflow.
Thank you so much Jill Hutchison for getting my life, my business, and my happiness back on track…I will be eternally gratefull!

I achieved significant personal and financial growth
I had the privilege of meeting Jill Hutchison around 6 months ago when I was invited by a colleague to join her Think and Grow Rich Mastermind program.
Right from the start Jill was extremely positive and encouraging. She was also very generous with both her time and the low cost of the program. She made it very clear that her purpose was to facilitate the group sessions so that each member could gain valuable personal growth and/or satisfaction from the experience of group interaction.
I achieved significant personal and financial growth from the program.A significant added bonus was the camaraderie and networking opportunities I received as well.In fact I am now involved in business interaction with all of the regular attendees of that group! This has in turn expanded all of our business and personal horizons significantly…especially as we are applying the principles of the Think and Grow Rich progam in these areas.
I know that this progam coupled with Jill’s skillfull facilitating has influenced our extended business and personal networks as well…one area where this is evident is the additional Mastermind programs and Personal Coaching commitments that Jill is now in engaged in(news on how to work smart and enjoy your life travels fast!)

Inspired in Wickepin!
On Monday 26 October, Jill Hutchison ran a full-day workshop in Wickepin, Western Australia. The title of the day was “ACHIEVE!” and was hosted by the Facey Group. Special thanks to Carmen Bailey for arranging everything.
Using some examples from Bob Proctor’s Goal Achiever seminar, Perth based Life Coach, Jill Hutchison, encouraged each participant to write their goals in such a way that they achieve them. The day was designed to bridge the gap between where each person presently is, and where they wanted to be. The Law of Attraction, as discussed in the hit movie, The Secret, is just one of the natural laws that affect the way we set goals. When we focus on what we want, rather than what we don’t want, we start to take action to move us in that direction.
Some feedback from the day:
“AWESOME! Thank you for giving me some tools to realise my true goals and to let myself imagine and realise those hidden dreams.”
“It was terrific. Thank you.”
“Thank you Jill, your gentle style of presentation is very refreshing. Hope to see you again in our district sharing with people again.”
“I feel inspired and positive about my life now.”
“Jill was very good, positive, approachable. She also delivered the information very effectively.”
“Very thought provoking.”
“I would love my husband to come along and learn more about setting goals in this way!”
“Jill very good at delivering seminar. Keep the straightforward approach, good for Australians!”
“The presentation was not only very informative, but also very interactive and exciting.”
The power of setting goals
It will all be right in the end. If it is not all right – it is not the end! (from “The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel”)
It’s two months today since my father died and I have been reflecting on goals he set and how he was able to achieve them.
I have a clear memory of my Dad and I, horseriding along the river on our farm in the Natal Midlands of South Africa, many years ago. He looked at the neighbouring lands and told me that one day he would buy the farm next door and make his dairy farming enterprise bigger. He knew exactly what he was going to plant where – how he was going to fence the areas once he had joined the farms together.
It’s no wonder that he got his goal – that of purchasing the farm, and farming both farms successfully until he sold that farm to one of my brothers. We all learnt a lot from our Dad. When it comes to goal setting he had exactly what it took to set goals and reach them. By visualising exactly what he wanted, what he was going to do with it, what he would do where. As I rode along with him, in my imagination, I could picture everything he was sharing with me, I could hear the cows chewing their cud in the evening in the field, I could almost smell the sileage that was going to be made, I could feel the plowed soil under my feet.
When we set goals that we really want to achieve, we need to be very specific and involve all our senses. When our senses get involved and we get emotionally involved, it becomes real and with the natural laws that exist in the Universe, we are likely to end up with exactly what we asked for, or something better.
If you have a goal you’d like to have , create it in your mind through all of your senses. Bob Proctor suggests you write out your goal so you can make it clearer and more precise. Be specific as to the date on which you’d like to be enjoying the goal. Be specific as to how you know you will have achieved the goal, what tangible evidence will you have when you are number one in your field? What tangible evidence will you have when your relationships are exactly as you would like them to be?
At a workshop recently, a woman had a special place that she wanted to visit. She had the name of the place and wanted to go there because of what she’d been told about it. When I asked her when she would be going there, she didn’t know. So together we discussed which time of the year would be best to go there – she thought just after the Australian school holidays around the middle of the year – which would be August. As she thought about it, August in the very next year would be suitable. I then asked her what she would be seeing – she told me about the waterfall – the colours, the way it fell, the greenery around it.
“What will you be hearing,” I asked? “It is loud, the rushing of the water, but there is also a calmness in the cascadence”
“What might you be tasting?” – “mmm,” she said, “I’ll be sipping the cool water from the pool at the bottom, it’s cold, pure and fresh as only mountain streams can be. ”
We went through all her senses, some for a second or third time – she could feel the smooth pebbles around the pool, she could feel her feet getting awakened by the cold water as she stepped on the slippery rocks just under the surface. She could smell the musty smell of the undergrowth, combined with the fresh smell of the spray coming off the waterfall. The sky was a vivid turquoise with white fluffy clouds drifting casually out of view behind the pine trees in the distance. The presence of the ancient place was felt in her heart, the stillness and calm.
By the time we had expanded this picture, into full technicolour with all her senses, it became real – and I have no doubt at all, in August next year, that is exactly where she’ll be visiting. All the obstacles that are currently standing in her way will be overcome or disappear altogether.
Everything that we see, hear, smell, taste and touch is hardwired into our conscious mind – our thinking mind. What we see, hear, smell, taste and touch is largely influenced and screened, by our subconsious mind. The subconscious mind is where our paradigms or beliefs are based – formed largely under the age of 7. By involving all our senses we are sending a message to our sub-conscious mind to get us to the place where we want to be.
I would like to encourage you to use visualisation as a very essential step in your current goal-setting program – use every one of your senses to build a picture that has real meaning to you. Bob Proctor says “Your goal should scare and excite you!” – Make it big and make it beautiful! Set your goals in such a way that you’re going to achieve them!

Winning attitude
Goal achievers have a winning
attitude, that was the main take
home message of the recent
SEPWA Ladies’ subcommittee
“Lunch and Learn” event
presented by life coach Jill
Hutchison.
Held at the Taylor Street Jetty Café
in early November, the lunch was an
opportunity for thirty nine men and
women to find out how to set goals
to thrive and not just survive.
Jill Hutchison, a keynote speaker at this year’s SEPWA Ladies’
Day and life coach from Hopetoun, believes that people with great
attitudes naturally rise to the top. They expect success and they get
success.
“We can’t do anything about the weather! There is little we can
do about the economy or political situation. We can sometimes
influence the circumstances we are in. The only thing we have total
control over is our attitude: our actions, our feelings, our responses
to what is going on around us”, said Mrs Hutchison.
In her lunch address, Mrs Hutchison illustrated how in the same
way a transistor radio or television tunes into certain frequencies to
receive a variety of music or information; we can “tune” our minds
into certain information that is going to propel us in the direction of
our goals.
“The lunch was a great way for people to find out about a dynamic
workshop that I run on setting goals. It is designed to give people
the capacity to change the beliefs and habits that no longer serve
you and get results you never before thought possible. You will
learn about the natural laws that govern our environment the ones
you can work with to become happier, more productive and more
profitable.”
Sharon Barber, SEPWA Ladies’ Subcommittee chair, was thrilled
that Mrs Hutchison was able to return to Esperance after speaking
at SEPWA Ladies’ Day in August.
She said the SEPWA Ladies’ subcommittee aims to encourage
women to network and to gain an understanding and to further build
on their knowledge and role within the farming business to ensure
the future sustainability of their business.
“This lunch was another way for people to gain access to
information that they would otherwise have to travel to Perth or
another major regional centre.”
“For me personally I’m looking forward to learning more about goal
achieving. I’m a great goal setter but my track record for achieving
goals is terrible so obviously there are a few key steps in between
that I’m missing”, said Mrs Barber.

Coping with change
Dear Jill
I enjoyed your workshop immensely because I felt comfortable and safe in the environment both from a physical and emotional aspect. I found your method of hosting and leading the program: open, mature, friendly, responsible, unbiased, non-judgemental and easy to fit into, making the scene fertile for personal contributions.
I felt well connected to the other ladies attending the course and enjoyed the way you steered us along through the course material.
The course material was very interesting and quite easy to follow. I enjoyed getting to know and develop a deeper and more respectful insight into my fellow course participants.
My personal development has been tremendous. I learned to identify and react in a positive way towards my previous set limitations – before the course I had a fear of waves on the beach – I now have no fear of waves at all! After the first course lesson, I realised how I was manifesting this limitation in many areas of my life. Since realising the potential I have, I have chosen to live many wonderful days. I have set new and exciting goals. Some have already been reached. The most valuable tool I identified and used since attending your course was the ability to cope with change and set-backs in a different and more positive way.
Not knowing what was before me and getting through it in a positive manner has made the most difference.
